MultiSite Monitor (MSM) is server-based equipment status monitoring software that collects statistical data from connected sites and stores it in a database. KPIs (key performance indicators) can be defined and system performance can be monitored and measured against them. MSM provides alarm data, automatically detects low-performing sites, and sends reports to e-mail.
