Authorized Service Center
Konvereks has its own service center, a team of highly qualified and trained professionals. We are authorized service partners for Serbia and Montenegro of the world’s most reputable manufacturers in the field of uninterruptible power supply- APC by Schneider Electric, Eltek, FIAMM and CGM.
The service is performed at the Konvereks Service Center or at the customer’s location. The solutions are customized to the type of equipment and customer requirements.
Service is performed by certified technicians trained at the manufacturer’s factory, using licensed software and tools.
Service includes:
- equipment inspection and fault diagnostics
- repair and replacement of original spare parts and batteries
- replacement device option during repairment.

Konvereks hold original spare parts and batteries inventory for all uninterruptible power supply systems to eliminate equipment malfunctions as soon as possible. This service is part of a maintenance contract or is contracted on an ad hoc basis.
Repairment of equipment at a service center
The most common failure, especially for single-phase UPS, is the end of battery service life. In our service facility, we perform diagnostics and repair of single-phase UPS and rectifier modules, battery capacity testing, testing of UPS and software setups.
Service at the end-user location
Our experienced service technicians are trained to isolate and resolve the issue on the site as quickly as possible, minimizing system downtime.
Emergency response service
Our service team is available for emergency support 24 hours. The help of experienced service technicians is available at any time via telephone or on site. In this way we are sure to provide the highest level of services.
