DEA- Industrial generators

DEA- Industrial generators

Industrial generators are characterized by great versatility in terms of installations in urban areas. They are intended for shopping centers, distribution centers, construction, telecommunications, hospitals, military facilities, plants and factories, sports centers and halls, hotels, etc. The range of industrial units CGM, Italy, includes powers from 5kVA to 3000kVA. Diesel engines installed in CGM aggregates are from renowned world manufacturers: Perkins, Ftp, Kohler, Doosan, Deutz, Volvo, Yanmar, Cummins, Mitsubishi, Scania and Baudouin.

Description

DEA- Industrial generators DEA- Industrial generators can be open or in a soundproof case, for indoor or outdoor installation. They provide a stable, reliable power supply whether it is a backup power supply or continuous operation. The aggregate system consists of many components that greatly affect the dimensioning and performance of the aggregate:

  • The types of consumers and the electrical characteristics of consumers have a significant impact on the size of the unit, the configuration of the system and the complexity of the system design,
  • The key components to consider when choosing a generator set are alternator type, excitation type, engine speed regulator and fuel type,
  • ATS (automatic transfer switch) is a device for automatic starting of aggregates equipped with controllers that perceive the availability and state of the power source. The switch automatically switches from one source to another in the event of a power outage, i.e. from the city network to aggregate operation,
  • The location where the generator will be installed has a significant impact on how the system will be designed and assembled. If the aggregate is installed inside the building in a separate, aggregate room, it can be of the open type. Current regulations regarding noise, emissions, vibrations, etc. should be taken into account. The layout of the room must meet the manufacturer’s requirements for adequate exhaust gas removal, fuel supply, ventilation and servicing. If the genset system is installed outdoors, a housing must be provided to protect against environmental conditions, such as rain, snow, corrosion, flooding, etc. The enclosure will also limit unwanted access.

Available services: Project development, mechanical and electrical work, delivery and assembly of the entire aggregate plant, commissioning and user training, servicing, as well as preventive and interventional maintenance.
